The EPTEC Group consists of the parent company EPTEC - Energy & Process Technic AS and its daughter companies EPTEC Process AS and EPTEC Kuldeteknikk AS.
We are an engineering company with a great many years of experience within energy and process technologies, including rotating equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning.
Our main office located in Oslo, and our branch offices located in Moss (southern Norway) and Trondheim (for mid and northern Norway), takes care of all sales and service activities throughout the country.
Our main activities have traditionally been in the general industry - industry related to infrastructure and the process industry. In addition, with CIAT as a partner we have chosen to expand our marketing strategy to include areas for the marine industry, FPSO, oil and gas.
Our competitive strength consists of high engineer competence and technological skill as well as our creativity in product development. We are using environmental concepts with low energy consumption, low noise execution and “greenhouse friendly" refrigerants. Environmental energy systems will be the focus in future and we are working intensively with modern heat pump technology that can utilize natural energy sources even with low temperatures.
An installation or plant from our side will be specifically engineered to comply with customer requirements and according to specific regulations, norms and any general restrictions. The optimum choice of equipment will be selected by modern computer programs and installation will be executed in compliance with good engineering practice. Throughout our network and in co-operation with our European leading manufacturers of products, we will contribute with the most advanced products available to our Customers.
Being a contractor for refrigeration and heat pumps for over the last 30 years, we have developed and achieved extensive experience in the execution of total enterprises. Amongst our turn key projects, we have worked with CO2- and NH3 refrigeration plants and chillers/ heat pumps, using propane as refrigerant and special chiller units for hospitals and institutional plants. In a more specialist area, we highlight our experience in upgrading plant and production plant for the production of methane gas for motor vehicle fuel, as well as nitrogen production plant.
