Service agreement
A service and maintenance contract where we will visit the installation 1 - 2 times per year to an agreed date and price. With an agreement like this you will have a predictive and preventive service to help eliminate failures and minimize life cycle costs.
24-hours service availability
For installations that need even more extensive operation outside normal service time, we can offer 24 hours continuous service availability. The customer will be given a specific telephone number for emergency service. For this agreement, service is available 365 days a year.
Spare parts
Our products consist of well proven components from known branded manufactures besides CIATs own produced products. We deliver spare parts to all of our products - and also keep critical spares in stock.
Consultative services/System analysis
To prevent equipment from failure and excessive wear from incorrect operation, we have our team of highly qualified personnel who can perform system analysis of installations and also advise predictive exchange of parts or components based on experience.
